What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business and sales from both new and existing customers.
- Maintaining and establishing strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Traveling to our clients in the UAE and USA (approximately 2-3 times per year) as needed.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for various regions and territories while projecting expected sales volume and profit for both new and existing products.
- Working with KPIs to achieve company targets.
- Developing IT projects that meet the business needs of assigned customers.
- Ensuring all customer-related IT initiatives are achieved effectively.
- Collaborating with our IT product development team to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinating with technical support teams to enhance our customer's product offerings.
