You will be joining our client's Sales Department, a team responsible for promoting the brand and growing the network of partners across the UK. Their mission is to give their partners a competitive edge and ensure mutual success by offering a full range of innovative business development options. The team is responsive to market changes and uses the latest technology to stay ahead of the curve.
What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business within a specific area. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to achieve or exceed personal sales and activity targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing new dealers.
- Working closely with partners to create and implement development plans to drive sales growth.
- Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting partner’s sales staff with end-user visits.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and sharing this with partners.
- Handling all administrative tasks efficiently, including sales reporting and forecasting.

- You have a proven track record of selling into the channel.
- You are IT literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are an exceptional presenter with a talent for consultancy-style selling.
- You have excellent relationship development, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- You hold a relevant qualification in Sales or Marketing.
- You have a valid UK driving licence and are able to travel within the UK.
