Who will you be joining?
You’ll be joining an employee centric SME on the outskirts of Swindon. They’re well established in their market and are a trusted supplier of services to their national customer base, with robust financials and strong direction as they continue to grow sustainably. What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, payroll, preparing financial reports, analysing financial data, and ensuring compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the finance and office function on a day-to-day basis.

Preparing monthly management accounts and year-end accounts.

Handling journal entries, fixed asset registers, and depreciation.

Performing bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations.

Overseeing payroll-related tasks.

Ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Why would you be a good fit?
You’ll be a confident accounts professional with 5+ years of experience in a management accounting or financial management role ideally within a small-medium business. You’ll work well within a small team and be able to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders and external customers.
