Who will you be joining?
You'll be joining a specialist international manufacturer and distributor of technical products with an excellent reputation in the UK market. Soon moving into their new premises, they're looking to bring on board an experienced Internal Sales Executive to support their growth plans and work closely with the wider sales and marketing team.
What will you be doing?
You'll be supporting the external sales team, managing customer relationships, and maintaining efficient sales administration practices. Day-to-day, you'll be:

Managing inbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Supporting the external sales team by identifying new sales opportunities.

Providing accurate product information and timely support to customers.

Accurately managing customer orders from quote to completion.

Keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.

Working with internal teams to resolve customer queries.

Assisting in achieving company targets through efficient admin support

Preparing reports and documentation to support the sales team’s activities.
What will you bring to the role?
You'll need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar sales support role, ideally acting as a team lead, mentor, or senior, within a B2B sales team. You'll also have:

Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Confident telephone manner and customer-focused attitude.

Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.

Experience with Salesforce is desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive starting base salary of £32,000 - £35,000.
